The professional board developed working rules that were approved in October 2025. They are intended to ensure that the project to develop a value system is based on effective and professional collaboration. The rules are intended to set clear criteria for the work process and thus support the delimitation, efficiency and coordination of its implementation. Furthermore, they aim to strengthen loyalty to the project and activate the participation of all board members, reduce uncertainty and minimize the likelihood of disagreements by defining a channel for resolving disputes.

The project plan of the professional board was approved in December 2025. It explains the project's assumptions, scope and what products should come out of it. It also provides who is responsible for which work elements, which are divided into four main phases. Completion is expected by the end of 2026.
